  • REGISTRATION OF DONOR

    In first step peson will register herself for Matri Bhumi Project and initiate project.

  • CALLING & CONFIRMATION

    In second stepout technical team will verify your interest.

  • DONATION

    In third step donation will be done by donor.

  • PPR & DPR APPROVAL

    In fourth step PPR & DPR will be Approved by Donor and Director.

  • TENDER

    In fifth step tendering session will be held for physical work.

  • EXECUTION

    In sixth step after Tendor Allocation the company will work on initiated project.

A1. Any person willing to donate money/land with money for any kind of infrastructural work relating to public welfare can become a donor under Matribhumi Yojana.
A2. Donor can register on the following link: https://mbhumi.upprd.in/Registration/Registration
A3: Consider the following steps:
  • Step 1: Register yourself as Donor using your mobile number and email address.
  • Step 2: Login using UserID & Password provided on your registered mobile number by the Matribhumi team.
  • Step 3: Go to “Register your Project” => fill personal details => fill Scheme details => Submit.
  • Step 4: Go to “View all Projects” => if the project is approved => take action => Go to “Pay now”
A4: The following developmental works can be taken under the yojana:
  • School rooms/Smart class
  • Community Hall, Marriage Hall (Barat Ghar), Skill Centre
  • Primary Health Centre(Approved by Department of Heath and Family Welfare), Sub HC, beautification, upgradation, installation of equipments and machinery, etc
  • Anganwadi centre: kitchen and dining area, storage room.
  • Library, Auditorium.
  • Sports Complex, Gymnasium, installation of equipments and machinery, Open gym, etc.
  • CCTV camera, Surveillance System, Public Address System.
  • Crematorium System.
  • Water Recycling System, Sewerage/Sewage Treatment System, drainage system, solid waste management, etc.
  • Beautification of Ponds, Drainage System, Water conservation work.
  • Bus Stand, passenger shed.
  • Solar energy, street light, drinking water system, LED light,etc.
  • Construction/O&M of animal breeding centre.
  • Fire Service Centre.
  • Infrastructure and Marketing for rural artisans.
  • Development of Milk collection centre/ Bulk milk cooler and related committees.

  • Works for elimination of poverty and achievement of sustainable development goals.

A5. Yes. Multiple projects can be initiated using a single login.
A6. No, Donors cannot switch from one development work to another under one particular donation once the donation is made.
A7. No refunds are allowed once a donation is made for a particular development work.
A8. Donations can be made multiple times as decided by the donor and the Matribhumi committee members
A9. Consider following points:
  • a. Preference will be given to Donor to choose agency for work execution. Government will provide necessary approval and support from concerned government authorities.
  • b. Choice remains with Donor, either donor/agencies hired by the donor are applicable to execute the work after government approval or relevant government authority can execute the work by tendering process where donor shall be the part of the tender committee.
A10. Donor can check the progress of the project on the web portal by logging in or through VC.
A11. Donor has to provide an affidavit stating that the land will not be sold in future and will be open to use for public purpose.
